    Auction Rules:
     
     
    Allied Towing & Recovery of Tulsa does not guarantee any vehicle sold in the auctions, We do not guarantee the year make or model of any vehicle sold in our auctions. All sales are final, There is no warranties applied to any vehicle sold in our auctions.

    All cars bid on must be paid for on the day of the auction or the vehicle will be sold to the next highest bidder.

     
    A Five Dollar bidding fee is charged for all bidders, This Five Dollars is taken off any purchase you make at the auction. NO one is allowed in the auction area without a bidders number. Anyone caught stealing or damaging any property while on the premises of Allied Towing & Recovery will be arrested.

     We do not allow any dishonesty of any kind while you are at our auctions. All cars sold in the auction are sold as is and under title 42 regulations of the State. We have no control over how long it takes to get the title 42 paper work back from the State.(THESE CARS ARE NOT STREET LEGAL AT TIME OF AUCTION). THEY MUST HAVE TITLE AND REGISTRATION UP TO DATE BEFORE THEY CAN BE DRIVEN ON THE STREET).

     
    ALL SALES ARE CASH ONLY: NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS MAY BE USED ON AUCTION CAR SALES.
     
    No Alcohol or drugs are allowed on the premises of Allied Towing & Recovery at anytime
     
     
    The auctioneer is in charge of all disputes during the auction: If your bid was missed you need to stop the auctioneer at that time. We DO NOT sell cars for any private person. We cannot sell your car in our auctions because we do not have a dealers license to sell cars.
     
     
    An auction list is available for every auction a week before the auction date in the Office of Allied Towing & Recovery of Tulsa.
